Memorial Request:

Certain information is required in order to begin the process of ordering your memorial. We need the members screen name, along with their real name. Date of birth and date of death are required, along with their city, state and country. Also essential to the request is either an obituary or a death certificate. With out official proof of passing, we will not in any way accept a request for a memorial. There will be no exceptions to this rule at any point in time.

You will have the choice of memorial. Available are: garden wall plaque (250 rays), tombstone small (300 rays)  tombstone medium (310 rays) tombstone large (320 rays). Please note this is a one time fee only and you will not be recharged for upkeep or maintance of the memorial.

Graveside decor is available as well, and included in your memorial. You can choose between roses, a candle, or a flower bouquet.

The creation of your memorial will take a minimum of 14 business days from the date of acceptance, pending holidays and work load.

Requests for JoP services can be requested as well to hold memorial services.

Memorial Services: 

You may request an Utherverse Justice of the Peace to conduct a Memorial Service. A JoP request must be made at minimum 7 days prior to the Service, no exceptions. The fee to request a JoP for your memorial is 120 rays and is payable to UtherverseEvents. 

Once official proof of passing is confirmed, we will assign you a JoP. You may also request a specific JoP if you wish from the list of available JoPs. If you don't have any preference, or if your requested JoP isn't available at your preferred time, we will assign you the next available JoP.   

All details of the Service may be arranged with your assigned Jop.

A typical Service averages between approximately 30 – 60 minutes in length, depending on your particular wishes and information provided at the time of memorial arrangement. 

After we have received both your request and rays payment as well as confirmation of passing, your can book your Memorial Service in the Events Calendar. Please note that we cannot assign a JoP until all of the above mentioned (request, payment and proof) have been confirmed. 

You will be notified via email regarding the status of your Memorial shortly following confirmation.
