Universal
Weddings:
All types of weddings are permitted in Utherverse
and there is no restriction on the type of wedding ceremony
possible. Some ceremonies performed in Utherverse are:
traditional, religious, hand fasting, collaring ceremonies,
multiple marriages, group weddings etc. These are only examples
of the types of weddings and ceremonies offered in Utherverse;
remember you are only limited by your own fantasy.

How to get married with the Universal JoP's
In order to arrange a Wedding ceremony
you need to:
- fill out the Wedding request form completely.
Please plan at least 3-4 days ahead to give time for all needed
approvals. Those take a bit due to many different time zones.
Forms with a date under the 3 days minimum cannot be considered.
Wedding fees:
As soon as you have been contacted by your assigned JoP the fees for
the JoP are due.
If those are not transferred the JoP will not proceed working on
your Wedding.
Please transfer the rays directly to the Universal JoP for your Wedding ceremony - fees may vary depending on the JoP.
Your Universal JoP will set up the ceremony for you and take care of
that it will be listed on the official Wedding page.
Wedding Certificate:
If you would like to have an official certificate, please send 20
rays for the certificate to your JoP, who will request the
certificate for you after your Wedding has taken place. You will
recieve your certificate within a week after your Wedding.
If you would like to choose an officiated certificate of a business
from our website, please order it directly at the business.
JoP request:
You can request a particular
Universal JoP
of your choice - if you dont have a
particular JoP we will assign you one that is available. If you
already made arrangements with a JoP, please make a note under
comments.

If the JoP of your choice is not available we will assign you one.
In the event there is no JoP in your requested language available
you will receive an English spoken JoP.
Please refrain from booking a JoP directly to avoid a double booking !
Please make sure you can be contacted by your JoP over your social
center
page or contact your assigned JoP over the profile yourself.
Wedding Ceremony / JoP
Please make sure that your Wedding starts at the scheduled time. We
plan one hour for the ceremony itself which includes enough time for
short delays due to any technical issues that might occur.
If your Wedding has not started within 30 minutes after the
scheduled time, the JoP is allowed to call the wedding off and there
will be no refund.
Weddings are scheduled to start at a specific time, same as any
other event. Please notify your guests to be there on time and make
sure that you have you clothes textures set up and ready.
Ray transfer:
Please note that the JoP can not issue
refunds if you can not be located due to a name change. Ensure that
all your information is up to date and accurate.
When you transferring rays for your wedding, ensure that the date of
the wedding, at least one name and the reason for the rays transfer
(Wedding, privately licensed venue fees ect.) are clearly marked.
Failure to do so may result in delays and lost rays.
Name Changes:
Refrain from
name changes during the Wedding process as we are unable to alter
user names once the intial wedding application has been received and
approved. Note: If you change your name before the wedding the JoP
will be unable to contact you, as he only has the original name on
file. Furthermore, if the JoP can not find you on your Wedding day
due to a name change, there will be no refund. It is in your
responsibility to make sure you can be contacted, found and that you
inform all in your Wedding involved of any potential change.
Cancellations:
Please cancel directly with the Universal JoP and over
events@utherverse.com.
Please note that cancellations cant be taken back.
Refunds / Postponements /
Changes:
Postponements can be only considered until latest 24 hours prior to
your Wedding.
Please inform yourself about the regulations of any Universal JoP
regarding refunds or postponements.
You can find those info on each Universal's JoP social center page.
Please note that you cannot schedule to an earlier date the last 3
days prior to your Wedding. You can only change to a later time as
all venue approvals take some time.
Please inform the Wedding Office by emailing
events@utherverse.com
about all changes and please inform your JoP as well. Please also
note that with every change all has to be approved new.
No more changes are possible the last 48 hours prior
to your Wedding.
This includes
all changes such as date, time & name changes.
Please note that every change requires that all has
to be set up new and there isnt enough time to set you up again at
this point. Please also note that the JoPs and also venues work on a
schedule and therefore plan and reservate their time for your
Wedding.
Should you find out last minute that you cant keep the scheduled
time, you unfortunately have to cancel and start over. Please note
that there probably will be no refund at this time as everything is
set up for you at this point.
Booking of venues:
It is in your responsibility to contact the venue of your choice to
book the venue for your Wedding. Please note
that certain venues are privately licensed and permission must be
sought from the Primary Licensee before an event can be held.
This may delay the time in
arranging your event. The venue may also be subject to a fee
per use for all events. This fee will determined by the individual
Licensee(s) of that venue. Venues such as Blus, Fever and the Hotel
etc. are public and are not subject to any fees for use of the
venue.
The venue licensee is responsible to set up your Wedding into the
events calendar and to approve it there. Utherverse venues will be
set into the calendar by your JoP.
As soon as all eventually fees have been transferred to the venue
and your venue is approved, your wedding will show in the calendar
and you can get married by an available Universal JoP. Please note
that the JoPs will only go to approved venues.
Please make sure the venue will set and approve your event in the
calendar after all is arranged.

If you select the venue that you license, your
venue will be automatically approved; however this will not confirm
your place on the calendar. If you request a venue that is licensed
to someone else, an email will be sent to the venue licensee to
approve or reject your application. You will receive an email when
the venue licensee replies to your request.
It is still your responsibility to contact the venue licensee and
inquire about venue availability for the times you wish to host your
event. The venue licensee may or may not charge a fee to host your
event. All privately licensed venues are clearly marked on their
exterior with a sign. All Utherverse public venues are free to use
on a first come first served basis.

your behalf, please note that Utherverse cannot be held responsible
in the event anything wasn’t arranged proper and within our
procedures by your Wedding Planner. Please verify yourself that the
Wedding Planner of your choice is comfortable with all Wedding
procedures.
