General Support Representative.
The General Support Representative is responsible for provision of ongoing support for users via email and telephone. This position maintains contact with users and liases with Tech and World Ops teams to find resolution for concerns regarding billing, techinical and in-world issues.
We have an energetic, relaxed and motivated work atmosphere that is perfect for independent and creative individuals. With over 2.5 million users and rapid expansion plans we are looking to add very skilled team members to our team.
